All prices listed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of pricing errors or stock shortages. Order confirmation is subject to our approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per your agreed credit terms. Outstanding dues beyond the credit period attract interest as per mutual agreement. mmkhambhatwala.biz reserves the right to suspend accounts with overdue balances or exceeding their credit limit.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of your last order.
