Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original packaging
- All original labels, tags, and accessories are intact
- The delivery note or invoice is available
- The product is not from an excluded category (see below)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact your assigned salesman within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- You will receive a Return Authorisation from our team
- Keep the product ready for pickup as per the scheduled date
Return Pickup
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, damaged goods), we will arrange pickup at no cost to you. For other returns, pickup charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Refund on Returns
Once returned items are received, inspected, and approved, a credit note or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, opened or partially used products, custom orders, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale are not eligible for return.
