Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Return Policy instead.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact your assigned salesman immediately or reach out to our admin team with your order number. Orders are processed quickly, so please act as soon as possible.

Cancellation Window

Before Processing: Full cancellation with no charges
After Processing but Before Dispatch: Cancellation may be possible subject to a restocking fee, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation
After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible — please initiate a return after delivery

Refund on Cancellation

For orders cancelled before dispatch:

Credit orders: Credit note adjusted, no charge
Online payments (Razorpay): Full refund credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days

Our Right to Cancel

mmkhambhatwala.biz reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, out-of-stock situations, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly and any payments made will be fully refunded.
