Orders placed through our B2B platform are dispatched as per the agreed schedule between your account manager and our logistics team.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after approval. Delivery timelines vary by location and order size.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Some orders above a minimum value qualify for free delivery — please check with your salesman.

Damaged Goods

In case goods are received in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
